The shipping companies approved by us and through which we ship are responsible for customs clearance in your country and are responsible for paying customs duties and delivering the goods to your address. The customer is not responsible for paying any additional fees other than the shipping fees agreed upon between the customer and the shipping company.
Compensation Policy for Repairable Defective Products:
Under Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the goods upon receipt from the shipping company representative and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.
In case of an obvious defect in the delivered products, according to Article 23 / c of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, the buyer shall notify the seller (AL BEYAN FASHION) of the situation within 2 (two) days from the date of receipt of the goods. Otherwise, according to Law No. 6098, according to Article 223, the delivered product will be deemed to have been accepted as defective and the buyer shall not be entitled to claim any compensation.
The product that has a defect or damage must be filmed in a video so that the product is shown in full, showing the brand name, the size of the piece, and clearly showing the defect, and this video must be sent to the WhatsApp number. After sending the video, we will evaluate the defect or damage and the steps for compensation, return, or replacement will be agreed upon with the buyer.
If the product is repairable, we must be notified of the costs in advance to obtain our approval to pay the repair fees and costs.
How to pay for returns:
We will process all refunds using the same payment method you originally used to purchase your order.
Conditions for replacing or returning damaged, irreparable, incorrect or incomplete products:
The product must be returned through the same shipping company that delivered the buyer's order, or delivered by hand to our address in Istanbul. If the buyer decides to return the products with another shipping company, we are not responsible for paying the shipping costs.
The original invoice for the delivered product must also be returned to the third party (shipping company) or the buyer. The product is returned to the seller within 7 (seven) days after receiving the notice regarding the right of return.
Request for change in products you purchase from (AL BEYAN FASHION) is only valid when selling damaged products provided that it is limited to stock.
Damaged items to be returned or exchanged must be in their original condition without removing the attached product information card or stickers from the garment, and must be in the original packaging and unused. We do not accept returns of used, damaged or washed products.
Important notes when receiving your parcels from the shipping company:
When your order is delivered via UPS, DHL, Aramex, FEDEX, you must open your package and check the product with the shipping agent. This is very important to do, especially with crushed, torn, opened or wet packages. In the unlikely event that you encounter a problem with the product, you should not collect the package, but you should keep a report with the shipping authority and make sure it is returned to us by the shipping company. This condition is also valid for customers who use their own shipping company.
Buyers who use their own shipping company are responsible for damage caused by these shipping companies, and for any costs necessary to ship and recover the product back.
