Your rights, obligations and important information regarding the return of products purchased by you through this site
Compensation policy for repairable defective products:
- It is the buyer's responsibility under the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 : inspect the goods upon receipt from the representative of the shipping company and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.
- In case of an obvious defect in the delivered products, according to Article 23 / C of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, the buyer must notify the seller (AL BEYAN FASHION) of the situation within 2 (two) days from the date of receipt of the goods . Otherwise, according to Law No. 6098, in accordance with article 223 of the code, the delivered product will be considered accepted as defective and the buyer is not entitled to claim any compensation.
- The product that contains a defect or damage must be filmed a video so that the product appears complete with showing the brand name and the size of the piece and clearly showing the defect and sending this video to the WhatsApp number after sending the video we will evaluate the defect or damage and will agree with the buyer on the steps of compensation, return or replacement.
The product that contains a defect or damage, if it is repairable by the buyer, must notify us of the costs in advance to obtain our consent to pay the repair fees and costs.
How to pay for returns :

Terms of replacement or return of damaged, irreparable, incorrect and incomplete products
- The product must be returned through the same shipping company that delivered the buyer's order or delivered by hand to our address in Istanbul if the buyer decides to return the products with another shipping company, we are not responsible for paying the shipping costs.
- The original invoice for the delivered product must also be returned to the third person (shipping company ) or the buyer. The product is returned to the seller within 7 (seven) days after receiving the notification regarding the right of return .
- The request for change in the products you buy from( Al Beyan Fashion) is valid only when selling damaged products, provided that it is limited to stock.
- Damaged items to be returned or replaced should be in their original condition without removing the attached product information card or tags on the clothing and should be wrapped in the original packaging and unused. We do not accept returns of used, damaged or washed product.
- When your order is delivered via UPS, DHL, Aramex and FEDEX, you should open your package and check the product with the shipping officer. It is very important to do this, especially with crushed, torn, opened or wet packaging. In an unforeseen case, if you encounter a problem with the product, you should not receive the parcel, but keep a report with the shipping authority and make sure that it is returned to us by the shipping company. This condition is also valid for customers who use their own shipping company.
- Buyers using their own shipping company are responsible for damages caused by these shipping companies and for any necessary costs for shipping and refunding the return of the product.
